Booking and payment
Tell us the job site, what you are throwing away, the size and your delivery date. You see a flat-rate price right away. Book it online, or get the quote by email and book from the email when you are ready.
You pay the full rental price by card when you sign the rental agreement online. Your delivery is confirmed once the payment goes through. Extra charges after pickup (if any) are invoiced separately and due on receipt.
Delivery, pickup, the rental days on your quote, and disposal up to the included weight. Your quote lists the rates for anything extra: more days, weight over the included tons, an overfilled load, or a return trip.
Quotes are good for 30 days, but delivery dates fill up. Book early to keep your date.
Yes. Cancel before 5:00 PM Pacific the day before your delivery date for a full refund. After that, the return-trip fee on your quote is kept and the rest is refunded to your card.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup are scheduled by date. We do not promise a specific arrival time, so please keep the spot clear all day.
Most go on a driveway. The truck needs about 60 ft of straight room and about 23 ft of overhead clearance. See the size guide for which sizes fit a driveway.
A loaded dumpster is heavy and can mark or crack surfaces. Tell us before delivery if you would like boards under it or a different spot.
Not on your own driveway or property. If the dumpster goes on a street or sidewalk, you may need a city permit. You are responsible for getting it unless we agree in writing to handle it.
No, as long as the spot is clear and reachable. Tell us gate codes or anything the driver should know when you book.
Loading and weight
Most construction debris, household junk, furniture, yard waste and roofing. Some items need approval and some are never allowed. See What Can Go in a Dumpster.
It depends on the size and your area; your quote shows the included tons. Weight over that is billed per ton from the disposal scale ticket, at the rate on your quote.
Level with the top rail, never above. An overfilled dumpster cannot be hauled safely: you would need to lower it, or the overfill fee on your quote applies.
Yes. Ask before your pickup date and we will extend it if the hauler is available. Extra days are billed at the rate on your quote.
